2. Product Authenticity

We guarantee 100% genuine books from authorized publishers. All NCERT books are original publications.

3. Pricing

All books are sold at MRP (Maximum Retail Price) as per government regulations. Prices are subject to publisher revisions.

4. School Book Bundles

School book sets must be ordered before the academic session starts for guaranteed availability.

5. Orders and Payment

We accept cash, UPI, cards, and online payment. COD available for home delivery orders.

6. Availability

Book availability depends on publisher stock. We inform customers of any delays immediately.

7. Returns

Unused books can be returned within 7 days with purchase receipt. No returns on competitive exam guides after shrink wrap is removed.

8. Bulk Orders

Special discounts available for schools, libraries, and institutional orders.
